Organisers and club owners

In the Veloxo Organiser app, open Club → Account → Delete my account. While your club application is waiting, the same link is on the application screen.

  • A club application that was never approved is deleted with your account.
  • Club team members can delete their account straight away; their place on the team goes with it.
  • If you own an approved club, riders’ events depend on it, so email us first. We’ll hand the club to another member or close it, and then you can delete your account in the app.
02

What gets deleted

  • Your account, sign-in details and profile (name, profile photo, contact details, body and performance numbers, emergency contact and medical notes)
  • Your training plan, workouts, synced rides and device connections (we delete the keys that let Veloxo reach your Wahoo or Intervals.icu account)
  • Your conversations with Velo, weekly reviews and ratings
  • Your event registrations, tickets, payment records (transaction numbers) and results
  • Your organiser application, if it was never approved
  • Your notifications, notification settings and feedback

Beta sign-up

Joining the beta on this website is separate from the app. To be removed from that list too, email us from the address you signed up with.

What we may keep

  • Backups of the database are kept for up to 7 days and then overwritten. Deleted data is not restored from them.
  • If we delete an account for you (for example after an email request), we keep a short record that we did it: the email address, name, club names and the date.
  • If the law requires us to keep a record (for example in a dispute), we keep only that record, only for as long as required.
  • Clubs may have exported or written down registration details for their event (for example a bib list). Ask the club to delete those.
